With our hectic city life, some of us may find it difficult to disconnect from our day to day routine. While a short morning and evening meditation are a great start to benefit from Sahaja Yoga meditation, we receive many requests for more in-depth sessions to strengthen one's Self-realisation.

Sahaja Yoga meditation in Victoria is blessed with a country property close to Hiawatha in Southeast Gippsland. It is a great place close to Yarram and Port Albert. It is also just a few miles away from to the Tarra-Bulga and Morwell National Parks which are home to indigenous eucalypt forests which once covered the region, and the ninety miles beach which is believed to be the third longest uninterrupted beach in the world.

Located about 2 hours away from Melbourne amidst rolling hills, green fields and the Albert river which runs adjacent to the property, there is plenty accommodation and a large living space for comfortable accommodating of large meditation groups.

Don't hesitate to send us an email to register your interest for upcoming meditation retreats. We are organising them regularly; it is a great opportunity to deepen your understand of Sahaja Yoga meditation as well as enjoy the nature and peace of the surroundings.
