After practicing Sahaja Yoga for 3 to 4 months, my mum noticed that I was meditating regularly and she asked what I was doing. I replied that I started meditation and it was good for me. She replied asking why I did it since I was much better recently!
This sweet conversation with mum made me realise the difference Sahaja Yoga brought to my life and those around me.
