These free 6 week Courses you will teach simple, effective meditation practices and clearing techniques aimed at experiencing the peace of true meditation. The courses are designed to slowly build skills and guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself. This is an opportunity to discover the peace which lies within and experience a new awareness that you probably never knew existed. At the end of the 6 week course, meditation workshops are available to enhance your learnings and experiences.To help you meditate at home, meditation guides and a CD or DVD will be provided.

• Complete introduction for beginners

• One 90 minute session per week for 6 weeks

• Join in at anytime, even if you miss a session

• Daytime or evening classes available

• No physical exercises, postures or special clothing are required

• Chairs provided

• Free ongoing weekly classes at most venues
